Open fire teppanyaki-style grill
Simply build a wood or charcoal fire in the center of the grill, and let the 10mm raw steel cooktop moderate the heat from the center out, so you can cook at varying temperatures depending on your food of choice. For the most heat, you can use the optional grill grate to grill straight over the fire. To clean, all you need to do is wait for the cooktop to cool, then wipe it with a cloth or paper towel and food safe oil.
The cooktop is entirely removable, so just take it off, load up your fire, and bask in the warmth of your fire bowl, enjoying a social and serene ambiance.
