Exchanges & Refund Policy

In Case of ready made products:

• You can Change your mind and return any product within 14 days from the delivery day only when the purchased item is unused and sealed in the original package it was delivered in.
• In case of Defective Products, if you have discovered a defect in one of our products please share with us a picture of the problem within the first 24 hours and we will refund or replace it for you asap.

In Case of custom made products:

• Deposit Amount is non-refundable
• Only In case of Defective Products, if you have discovered a defect in one of our products please share with us a picture of the problem within the first 24 hours and we will fix or replace it for you asap depending on our expert's advice.

*Refunds are issued via bank transfer or smart wallets only.  Transfer fees, Delivery shipping & return shipping fees to be deducted from total amount to be transferred after receiving the item at our warehouse for inspection (5 to 10 days)

**Check with customer service the fees included in your order to be deducted in case of return for non defective items. Fees range from 75egp per direction (deliver / return) to 250egp per direction (deliver / return) depending on item size, weight and collection amount.

*** Large and bulky items fees vary from 400egp to 1200egp per direction depending on the item and your location.
