I placed my order a few days before Eid, and unfortunately, the third-party shipping partner failed to deliver on time, postponing the delivery until after the holiday. What happened next was remarkable.
The Gazebo team went above and beyond—they sourced a similar product from El Gouna, arranged delivery via Go Bus, and then coordinated an Uber to bring it directly to my address in Cairo—all on the day of Waqfa, when most businesses were already closed.
