Smokeio Grills — Limited Warranty
Smokeio Grills warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and proper care.
This warranty does not cover the following components and situations:
- Thermometer
- Wheels/casters
- Paint and coating (surface finish is subject to wear from heat cycling, weather exposure, and use)
- Thermal bricks/firebricks
- Damage caused by improper use
- Damage resulting from improper storage (e.g., leaving the unit uncovered/exposed to rain, humidity, or extreme conditions without appropriate protection)
- Damage resulting from extinguishing or attempting to extinguish the fire/coals with water
